Jennifer Drganc has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer has held various leadership roles in different organizations, demonstrating their expertise in operations, growth strategies, and program management. She is values based and believes that everyone should be able to make choices for themselves. She is a person-centered planning facilitator and some of her favorite work is helping people write their person-centered plan.
Starting in 2023, Jennifer is the Director of Operations at Harry Meyering Center, Inc, where they oversee all operational aspects of the company and assists in setting the strategic direction.
Prior to that, Jen worked at many organizations assisting in developing programs, running departments in both residential and financial management services. Providing leadership to organizations Jen has developed policies and procedures, started new programs including a community housing program and program for transitioning youth with Autism. Jen works tirelessly to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to live a life that they want to live.
Jennifer Drganc completed their Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1993 to 1998. Jennifer continued their education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, from 2011 to 2013. Jen enjoys giving presentations at conferences where she has spoke about self-direction, the history of developmental disabilities in the United States, stakeholder engagement, cultivating a emotionally safe work environment. Additionally, in 2011, they also participated in the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities at the University of Delaware Professional & Continuing Studies.
