Meet Paula Humbard, a seasoned Director of Operations with a rich tapestry of experience spanning over 7 years in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability sector. Paula’s journey through the industry is marked by her pivotal roles at leading companies such as REM and Dungarvin, where she has left a significant mark through her dedication and expertise. Before working in the Intellectual and disability sector, Paula worked in business and accounting, having worked in banking and ag. business.  Paula returned to college at the University of Wisconsin Superior and earned her bachelor’s degree in health management in 2017.

In January of 2024, Paula Started as the Director of Operations at Harry Meyering Center.

Paula’s professional talent is underpinned by a strong foundation in accounting and business, complemented by her innate organizational skills. This unique blend has enabled her to navigate the complexities of her field with grace and efficiency, driving operational excellence and setting new benchmarks.

Beyond her professional commitments, Paula is deeply passionate about her personal life. She cherishes spending quality time with her children and family, and finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. An avid runner, Paula finds solace and rejuvenation in the rhythm of her strides, while her love for reading allows her to explore worlds beyond her immediate surroundings.
