At HMC, we offer two options for residential services that focus on community-based living. Each option provides a safe, comfortable home. Both are designed to help you reach your goals, build relationships, and live more independently.

Community Residential Homes

Community Residential Homes give you a chance to live with two or three roommates in a comfortable house within the southern Minnesota area. These homes offer:

  • 24/7 Staff Support: There’s always someone available to help when you need it.
  • Beautiful, Well-Equipped Homes: Every home is furnished and has its own vehicle for getting around.
  • Access to Nursing: Nursing services are available for extra health support when needed

Focus on Your Independence

Staff for residential services work with you to reach your personal goals and support your daily life. You’ll get help only in areas where you need it, so you can make your own choices and enjoy a self-directed life. Areas of support include:

Intermediate Care Facilities

Benefits of Living in an ICF

  • 24-Hour Staff Support: Staff are on-site around the clock to provide assistance
  • Designed for Your Needs: Homes are built to keep you safe and to support your learning and social connections
