Community Residential Homes
Community Residential Homes give you a chance to live with two or three roommates in a comfortable house within the southern Minnesota area. These homes offer:
- 24/7 Staff Support: There’s always someone available to help when you need it.
- Beautiful, Well-Equipped Homes: Every home is furnished and has its own vehicle for getting around.
- Access to Nursing: Nursing services are available for extra health support when needed
Focus on Your Independence
Staff for residential services work with you to reach your personal goals and support your daily life. You’ll get help only in areas where you need it, so you can make your own choices and enjoy a self-directed life. Areas of support include:
- Money Management: Learning how to handle your finances

Intermediate Care Facilities
Our Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) provide a safe and supportive home for adults with developmental disabilities. Each person has a private bedroom and shares living spaces with others. This setting focuses on your safety, comfort, and personal growth.
